The services available at homeshift.com, herein referred to as the "Site", are owned and operated by LawDeck Ltd, registered office: 86-90, Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, herein referred to as "HomeShift”, “we”, “our” or “us”.

Using our services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of our services by anyone else.

We update our services including this site continuously. We reserve the right to change, add, and remove content and functionality at any time without notice.

We also reserve the right to net off any uncollected commission after a 12 month period from the date of sale. If you submit a request for revenue which would fall into this period, payment may be made at our discretion.

While we make every effort to ensure our services are available, secure, accurate, complete, and free from defects we provide no guarantees, conditions, or warranties of this, express or implied.

Third-party accounts

By using our services you authorise us to access third-party services designated by you on your behalf to request information, perform transactions, manage and register for services as requested by you.

You understand and agree that our services are not endorsed or sponsored by any of the third-parties accessible using our services

You grant us full permission to impersonate you and to act as your agent to perform any actions on your third-party accounts that you are able to do yourself on your behalf, only to provide you with our services.

You agree to provide us with the necessary information to access third-party accounts on your behalf. Any information you provide will be accurate, complete, correct and true. You agree to only provide us with information you are lawfully allowed to and to keep such information up to date.

We may allow other parties to perform the same actions as you grant us permission to on your third-party accounts on an ongoing basis as and when expressly authorised by you. You can withdraw your consent to this delegated access to any party at any time.

Governing law

Any dispute you have which relates to these terms and conditions, or your use of our services (whether it be contractual or non-contractual), will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
